What if I told you that you're paying too much for your gym membership?
I've done the gym (we all have, right?). I've paid both the $80 a month for a YMCA membership and the $20 a month for Planet Fitness. I loved the YMCA because the kids could come, and because they have all of those classes included. Yoga, PiYo, aerobics, dance... switch it up for a change of pace and feel pretty awesome- yep! Been there!
I've also done the studio gym option, where you pay per class you take (that's usually about $15 a class).
What I haven't done is hire a personal trainer or coach through the gym (that's what? $20-80 an hour?)
I have to be honest with you though... I found a better way. Something MUCH cheaper, and with unlimited options.
There's this thing I've been using for probably about a year now. It's been coined the "Netflix of Fitness." The programs on it are AMAZING, by far the best at home workouts I've ever done.
I want to compare the prices, but I really can't even begin to know how. I'm going to give it my best shot here:
(Keep in mind, this is the absolute best I can do. I'm not adding in the costs of transportation and childcare)
Doesn't it seem like a no-brainer which gym has the best deal?
