A study done by Stanford University found that if you have a workout buddy, your accountability increases by an average of 78%.
But here's what I found most interesting...
A workout buddy doesn't have to be someone you go to the gym with. I know back when I was looking for a partner in crime, I always had a hard time. I had to find someone who had the same gym membership, with the same available hours. And let me tell you--it was HARD!
. And they used a combination of person and machine to do this call. That means that you don't NEED someone to actually go to the gym with you. You can find a friend that is out of state, even out of the country!
And now is the perfect time to get on board with a buddy-- Next month is Valentine's Day! February is all about spreading the LOVE for your friends, family, and significant other. Why not jump in to your health, too?
