I had been feeling a bit under the weather for a few days, and wanted to feel better (like any normal person, I suppose!).
My throat was sore, and I was just too exhausted to get anything done.
My go-to remedy for this is hot honey lemon tea. Yummmmm and soothing :)
It helps with my throat, but it doesn't get me feeling any better.
My new remedy that I wanted to share with you (and I'm sharing because I tried it and it worked!) was to add 1/2 a scoop of Energize to my morning tea! For pre-workouts I usually use 2 scoops, so this 1/2 scoop is nothing!
For the rest of the day, I felt pretty amazing! I had a spurt of energy after I drank it, and for the rest of the day I felt amazing! It mixed well, tasted great, and worked the way I hoped it would!
