Darin Olien is a go-to resource for so many fitness and nutritional experts, and he is also the author of Superlife (which I encourage you to read if you have not).
What I'm about to write in here is largely based on what I have learned from him.
And that got me thinking....and researching (especially researching HIS work). I was going to do a Facebook Live video about this (and probably still will), but I really wanted to make sure that I stayed on track (HELLO SCATTERBRAIN)...anyways, like I was saying...SQUIRREL!!!!
Something is causing our symptoms and our diseases...and our bodies are just providing feedback.

We have come so far from being in our natural state of health with all of the processed junk and chemicals we eat, that our bodies are going haywire inside.
WHAT ARE YOUR SYMPTOMS? BLOATING? FATIGUE? AN AUTOIMMUNE DISEASE?
We have put ourselves into a state of chronic stress- we work too much. We have bad posture. We eat like crap. We don't exercise. We don't meditate. You know, chronic stress (and yeah, nutritional stress is a thing) causes the body to slow down its' metabolism? That means your digestion is slowed down, too.
Then we go to the doctor...we want to be "fixed," and they prescribe us medicine. I think most of us can agree no matter what our stance on medication is (and hey- I use medicines, too), it's WAY overprescribed.
And way under-prescribed is a healthy lifestyle.
I want you to start investigating your habits. What is happening in your life? Ask yourself some questions:
What are you eating? How much are you eating? What are you drinking? How much of that is water? How much water do you drink in a day? Are you exercising?
